The Center for Native American Youth at the Aspen Institute will offer internships in the fall, spring, and summer semesters in the 2014-2015 terms. The time required for the internship is 15-20 hours per week. Interns will focus primarily on policy research, communications tasks, and administrative support. Applicants must have an interest in American Indian and Alaska Native issues and preferably have some experience working with tribal organizations, federal partners or policy-makers. The internship is located at the Aspen Institute headquarters office in Washington, DC.
